I am working with MOH kenya, I got enough experiences and learnt how to work under pressure and stressful situation handling patients and giving quality care at my own level. While still working with MOH,I was sent to several training and learnt new skills and knowledge in managing several conditions or diseases. I was also appointed as facility in charge that is rural health centre, i practiced and improved in leadership skills. I was working with a number of nurses, collaborated and working as at my as a team, exchanging ideas in improving community health services and I really loved to work with them as their in charge.
