It has got a very good work life balance. Teammates are very supportive. For a person starting his/ her career, the job role is quite good as you get a very good compensation and you get to work with the top bureaucrats of the country on the central govt. schemes. Overall it is a very good experience.

The job being of a contractual nature, you always have a sense of insecurity. However, over the time, the contract keeps getting extended. The experience of working in the ministry really counts.

Tgey have taken good initiative.Good management but less suppoetive when its come to Covid 19 management at school levels.Must implement and provide needed resources to all the schools without any discrimination based on the size of the population.

Salary adjustments not done on time.It dracg for years and years which lead to frustration,demotivatiin and finally its affect on the quality of education Teachers and principals are facing this problems.Redtape method can be seen in ZEO,PEO. etc.

I like my fellow staff .missing them deadly.. Job security is there..salary was extremely poor..and worst is political figures who come and embarrass teachers made me quit the job,working environment was good..life balance not real

I humbly implore, in the name of God, all the educators who uphold dignity and respect to distance themselves from the MoE, Uzbekistan. The condition there are deeply concerning, as many involved exhibit ignorance and a lack of culture. I urge my dear teachers to consider this carefully.
