Thank you very much for giving me the opportunity to give a review in Ambition Box.I must begin by stating that it's an amazing job especially when you are proactive collaborative, cooperative, can work under pressure and have a driving passion for success.When everything, I mean your road map if systematically followed with the support of hierarchy, your co- workers and the educational stake holders,you just think you should never quit .Having even wonderful performances which make your organisation stand out in terms of excellence, could be a big achievement .At one moment you think there should be certain fringe benefits that you deserve to have but when they are either retarded or reduced without prior notification,such decisions tend to dampen the spirit of employees .Given that life is a constant search growth in every domain,in house training programs would always be necessary and when you are in an institution that progresses and equally has its mission statements as growth oriented, employees and employers alike need to stand by each other to take to organisation to a higher level....Read More

In terms of career growth,some of such opportunities usually got to the grassroots level late, rendering it difficult for colleagues to get some major trait at their gratitude convenience .At times international relocation is hardly appreciated.Dalarirs too do not match the rising rate of inflation

I adore the feeling of becoming a teacher, kids expecting something new everyday making us very energetic and creative. At the same time the pleasure I get at the end of the day cannot be compared to anything else in the world. I'm looking forward to work in a nother country to experience many more.

Here, I came across many schools with out proper resources.working with 45 or 50 kids in a class is too a challenge with limited resources
