Big dreams shown in Vadodara office about your job and Company culture in DRC Congo

... Vadodara office you will be shown big dreams but the reality is something else. At the time of joining they told you get your salary by monthly but it's wrong. You received your salary after 3 or 4 months. Spouse if you are posted at any site the food quality is very poor. No job security. Monday to Saturday stilrict duty times. HR supporting only his knowing person. Worst company in my career.....

During my time there, i found nothing like about the MES. I was there only my family reasons. MES - construction runs by a incompetent team who doesn't work in these conditions where there are now.

Karma solution won't reveal the true thing about the MES. salary was not on time for single time during the time was there. first month salary received only after 5 months after joining. salary system is totally hectic i will say. MES never bother about the quality of outcome for the works they deliver. MES doesn't have component quality head to lead the quality team. MES quality team had-Mr. rambabu who doesn't care about the his team, he only who only look after his place. Ive seen, hardly 5-10 quality engineer resign in every 3months , and its too funny that karma solution marketing always post on job portal that, looking for quality engineer vacancy in MES every month, because every quality engineer who is not satisfied with work which is being executed in the name of project. MES is the only company, who hires a documents controller and make them as Dy.manager.HR. HR head-sushil is totally in different unfair with the new joiners. Regarding the accommodations, MES will turnoffs the generators in accommodations on night time for cost control. this is kind of behavior shows that, they can't given look after his employees. the mastermind on this idea is from HR team too, Mr. amul-HR. MES shows bias towards to tamilans, as it predominantly staffed by gujarat and HR- uttar pradesh. MES will hold employees salary if they resign on vacation time and there is guaranty that employees will salary, which is totally unfair. Most of employees is such working for sack of 1yr contract or visa to ends. Site engineer working doesn't stress about the outcome of work they execute, simply blame quality engineers. and always the poor management believes. only quality engineers knows how bad works are executed. No quality engineers is supported by quality head - Mr. Rambabu. Mr.Rambabu doesn't show up to site. he will visit site right before goes for vacation,to showoff to management that, he is visiting and improving the quality./ this is for quality engineers, whoever received any job opportunity don't go there. You will suffer hardly, and I suffer a lot, only god knows how i suffered and tackled the allegations on me... MES is not quality engineers. MES -Ⅹ HELL-ES-✔

They are not provide facilities as committed, thaey are not accepting new joinee people, too much politics, salary also not in time, anytime they will fire from company. Mr Manoj patil will show you big but not provided basic facilities as per the cadre. Our indian people who worked theire from long time, they are having feeling the new joinee is will take my place. HR head RISHI RAJ is not behaving good with new joinee. He resist to not provide good facilities. Even they have no work with your experience. They put mechanical manage in civil infra job. So big trouble in DR Congo. They will cut all your earnings if you resign. So don't join this fraud company.

AT Vadodara office in interview time, they are asking their good facility we are provide and you can go for shopping in 2-3 times in month and etc. and only 8 hours job time and Sunday leave but it's all false. I would like to specially mention for kamoa site management. in kamoa management HR MANAGER (MR. SURESH SEKHAWAT) is very discrimination person. he is only supporting his supporting person and he is thinking he is only king of kamoa . he harasses his opponent by targeting him. he is terminated any person in small mistake without any information, warnings and, without descution with senior person. he can make daily morning new rules. Their food quality is very poor and when employ told to HR about food quality then HR says: "you will get same food here, if you have trouble, make it yourself". In HR team in very poor management and in accommodation provide. Also not supporting in medical facility provide no Boady can come with employ for any medical treatment only employ only go in hospital and take a treatment and in HR not taking care of employ .
