...zindgi nikaalo ....jo koi loan le kr aayea hai woh khud minus mein jaata hai....salary 4 mahine baad milti hai koi bio-monthly nhi hai.....tourist visa pr kaam krwaaate hai.... 4 -4 machine visa expire hone pr lgwaate v nhi hai.....paisa cut krne mein rehte hai.....agr koi resign maarta hai toh salary cut krte hai.....india se jo khrcha huya aane jaane ka visa ka sav cut krke ....india se mngwaane pdte hai......visa ka fees v 1 saal ka 1200 usd hai ....jo reh jata hai woh salary se cut krte hai.......koi sunwaaayi nhi hai.....upper se lekr niche tk sab Kaali daal bhains braabr hai.....inko kuch mt bolo......bs kaam krwaate hai ..gadde mzdoor ki trah.......workers ki aur sunwaayi nhi hai......raatoh raat ticket bnaake india bhej dete hai binaa full and final krke and phir paise recover krne ke liye kisi se baat v nhi kr skte.....koi reply tk nhi deta.......koi increment bonus nhi milta ....sab jaan pehnchan waloon ko dete hai bs.....itna frustrate kr dete hai ki Insaaan suicide hi kr lega....Why I said in hindi kyunki yeh jo management hai yehi deserve krti hai... Satyam.....karma solution.....aur koi v jo v mes (mining engineering services) and inki group company mein join krne ke liye aa rha hai... Apni family ki trf dekhe kitni khush hai........idr aa kr fsss mt jaana....... Congo mein inka office lubumbashi mein hai......Sushil ikkaa......nagaraja ......rajnish......amol......yeh hr staff hai.....pr koi sunwaayi nhi hai......idr se 300 km door site pr bheja jaata hai.....one man army ki trah kaam kro.......koi fix timing nhi hai job ki......khaana v 3rd class hai.....koi baat b kre toh salary cut naam note ho jaata hai......Alcohol ke naam pr raat ke 9 vje ....10 vje ...11vje...room.check krne ke liye aa jaate hai......Interview ke wqt nhi btaate ki Alcohol free hiring chahiye.....1 week ki salary cut krte hai.....chahe Saturday night kyu na ho.......career v khtm hai idr aa kr.......family toh bhul hi jaayo.......Mentally disturb rehna pdta hai......inke pass se hr koi join krne ke vaad frustrate hoke jaata hai wapis nhi aataaa.... Nikaalte wqt mint lgaate hai.......Sirf inke apne logo ki sunwaayi hai...... Indian embassy mein complain or labor court mein complain krne ki jrurt hai.......loot te hai .....Slave jaisa rakhte hai.....Staff mein v apna aadmi ho toh uski favor krte hai........job security career apna future mt dekho is se achha hai Gulf mein join kro.....career bnega atleast .....Idr se ghr jaate wqt aap frustrate, mental trouma, Gusaa, Sadness, ko apne sath lekr jaayoge.....Physical health v down ho jaayegi.....Financial unstable v ho jayoge.... One more thing .....rating mein jo v 4 star ,5 Star hai ....sab inke apne log hai....2-4 jo Sach hide kr rhe hai....taki rating bni rhe ....kyunki hr koi company ki rating review se dekh kr company kaisi hai.....pta krke join krta hai....But koi apne enemy ko v join na krwaaye ... Kuch b stable nhi hai ....Sab unstable krke bhejte hai......Duniya ki ab tk ki worst company hai....inki koshish ho toh ....jitne v sahi review jo ki company ke favor mein nhi hai...delete krwaa de......female staff toh bhul kr v join na kre .....idr yeh mera bnda...isko kuch na ho ...blame Game ...bekaar politics boht chlti hai.... Company mein koi planning v nhi hai...... Sab bs time-pass krne ke liye aate hai.....

Vadodora office talks something very good for DR Congo projects and better opportunity there but after reaching DRC , you can see everything very poor management and oppositie to you.

...ver explain about organization system about DR Congo office and site management. At DR Congo under MES, Old employees are getting very poor salary , internally salary matter is exposed at Lumubbashi office after joining new and abroad well- experienced employees. Old staffs and business heads are doing nasty politics together and avoiding new immediate boss. Reporting system at site is very bad. No result after infoming Varoda office and Lubumbashi HR head. Old staffs have mostly non-technical attitude to Client and PMC. Work culture and procurement system is of very slow speed. Seniors has hiding attitudes. Their Showcase attitude is appreciable. Anyway Clients are loosing confidence on MES. That's why MES faced big losses in few projects and didn't get many big contracts. Managers, Supervisors and labours are staying in a same building and eating on a same table. Ni job satisfaction. MES could never solve all these issues. Further MES knows only to send off new employees within 3 to 4months after their need. Employees Mess accounts is not audited and not fair. This is the culture and atmosphere at Lubumbashi under MES.

Big dreams shown in Vadodara office about your job and Company culture in DRC Congo

... Vadodara office you will be shown big dreams but the reality is something else. At the time of joining they told you get your salary by monthly but it's wrong. You received your salary after 3 or 4 months. Spouse if you are posted at any site the food quality is very poor. No job security. Monday to Saturday stilrict duty times. HR supporting only his knowing person. Worst company in my career.....

During my time there, i found nothing like about the MES. I was there only my family reasons. MES - construction runs by a incompetent team who doesn't work in these conditions where there are now.

Karma solution won't reveal the true thing about the MES. salary was not on time for single time during the time was there. first month salary received only after 5 months after joining. salary system is totally hectic i will say. MES never bother about the quality of outcome for the works they deliver. MES doesn't have component quality head to lead the quality team. MES quality team had-Mr. rambabu who doesn't care about the his team, he only who only look after his place. Ive seen, hardly 5-10 quality engineer resign in every 3months , and its too funny that karma solution marketing always post on job portal that, looking for quality engineer vacancy in MES every month, because every quality engineer who is not satisfied with work which is being executed in the name of project. MES is the only company, who hires a documents controller and make them as Dy.manager.HR. HR head-sushil is totally in different unfair with the new joiners. Regarding the accommodations, MES will turnoffs the generators in accommodations on night time for cost control. this is kind of behavior shows that, they can't given look after his employees. the mastermind on this idea is from HR team too, Mr. amul-HR. MES shows bias towards to tamilans, as it predominantly staffed by gujarat and HR- uttar pradesh. MES will hold employees salary if they resign on vacation time and there is guaranty that employees will salary, which is totally unfair. Most of employees is such working for sack of 1yr contract or visa to ends. Site engineer working doesn't stress about the outcome of work they execute, simply blame quality engineers. and always the poor management believes. only quality engineers knows how bad works are executed. No quality engineers is supported by quality head - Mr. Rambabu. Mr.Rambabu doesn't show up to site. he will visit site right before goes for vacation,to showoff to management that, he is visiting and improving the quality./ this is for quality engineers, whoever received any job opportunity don't go there. You will suffer hardly, and I suffer a lot, only god knows how i suffered and tackled the allegations on me... MES is not quality engineers. MES -Ⅹ HELL-ES-✔
