Team working and leadership culture even the company knows or not is highly doubtful. HR is black spot on the name of Human Resource, they are just messenger and follower of company politicians. Salaries are highly irregular and MES office at Vadodara shows a sweet dreams during interview but the reality is highly bad when we comes at DRC Lubumbashi / Kolvezi. All departments or group companies like MES, MSS, MCS, CCT, Congo Piping, Clean Congo and many more has same scenario with some plus or minus.
