Especially there is no any Sales Culture, Sales Hierarchy. Very unorganized structure in every department. Inspite of knowing all facts management itself is not at all interested to look towards professional work culture. In other words culture itself is absent in this organization. Very few peoples who are the hands of management they only put their views to the management ( Only one person who is director over at MES is the only Management, rest all are tied Monkeys ) with keen interest of their well being and their personal growth only. Team working and leadership culture even the company knows or not is highly doubtful. HR is black spot on the name of Human Resource, they are just messenger and follower of company politicians. Salaries are highly irregular and MES office at Vadodara shows a sweet dreams during interview but the reality is highly bad when we comes at DRC Lubumbashi / Kolvezi. All departments or group companies like MES, MSS, MCS, CCT, Congo Piping, Clean Congo and many more has same scenario with some plus or minus. Strong recommendation to all applying candidates at Senior and junior levels, please do not apply / join and do not play with your real dreams. It will be better to keep yourself jobless than joining MES. Salary to much delay like once in 4 month , no job security, unprofessionally working culture, mostly uneducated people working in the management, third class food, third class accommodation, low salary compare to other organization, fraud policies (While interview HR committed with you 11 month contract finish the we will give youleave every 5.5 month so when you join then HR said that policy was cancelled so you will continue 11 month to 11 month contract and leave directly MES exploitation to site staff) highly no recommend to people.
