Discrimination, Uneducated people in the management, third class food, third class accommodation, No job security, Salary to much delay, only office people enjoyed the life, who is working at site those people feel we are African animal, no HR policy, no ethics, no loyalty highly de recommended to join, plz do not join this organization.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
