Communication gap between own departments and other departments, which can lead to confusion and delays in project timelines. Development scope is very less. Process gap. Team is not familiar with the latest market trends and the processes that should be followed for the development.

Likes

Fast growing company with strong presence in India and outside India. The brand is well known and respected and whenever I tell my friends I work at Minimalist, they are in awe :) Learnings opportunities are exponentially high given how fast the company is expanding globally. I'm proud to be a part of this company.

Dislikes

There are 2 different offices in same city, which is a bummer. I'm waiting for new office where all the teams can work together

Likes

It's a good place to work. Management and my colleagues are smart and intelligent. Minimalist strongly believes in values of Customer First and being Transparent. As a CSE, it gives me a lot of clarity and allows me to help our customers better. Work is not micro-managed and people are not pushed to meet their daily / weekly targets. In fact there are no number based targets :)

The culture at Minimalist is filled with lots of fun, opportunities and growth. The team and people here are the highlight, with everyone being highly supportive and perceptive to inputs from even newcomers. There is a lot of room to grow with end to end ownership of objectives, appetite for making mistakes, and consistent guidance from managers and senior team. Your efforts are recognized and there's a genuine push for employee wellbeing and work life balance.

Flexible & supportive culture. Everyone wants to solve the problem at hand and innovative. Lot of youngsters who come from good colleges and are very smart & dynamic. You can push boundaries and do wonderful things.

While the company is working on adopting tools & technologies to automate systems. The progress on that front is a little slow.
