I dislike about Salary & benifits because even though we work good the salary and benifits are almost same for a perosnon who works less also

Big service based company you may get lot of projects available. Salary on time., access to learning portals like plural sight, you'll get reimbursement for certification

If You get client deployed then you are even tracked and they don't even take concerns. Totally client centric. Hikes are average and sometimes skipped.

Nothing much. Worst company ever. No team outing.No fun. Not paid based on work. Very less salary for the work we do.

Everything. I joined as a fresher which is the worst thing to do. Never join Lti as a fresher. No career growth, no salary increment, no fun outings like other companies have, no casual meets or dines. No fun. Just work , work , work.

No salary hike, toxic work culture, politics, weekend working without compensation, without shift money, expected to extend work hours and handle responsibilities of P3 level while getting grade and pay of P1. Inspite of repeated client appreciation, no hike or promotion but promoting clearly undeserving candidates. Even food is not free. Cannot get night Cab service unless approved by manager or unless you are a female.
