Lot of work and work pressure. This is completely a 24X7 kind of job and every senior in this organization expect this from junior. This is not a multinational company as every manager wants you to work from Chennai and initially they will accept that you will work from Bangalore but later they will start pushing you to work from Chennai. Even though if you deny shifting to Chennai, then they will start asking other teammates to stop helping you and let you suffer. Your managers will scold and abuse you with bad words in team meeting and even in client meetings. Mostly they will have a whole conversation in Tamil and later will ask you to drop a MoM on the meeting. Work pressure is so high that most of the managers work 24 hours and works on weekends and expect the same from you. If western client sends you any mail in the midnight then you have to reply them immediately that's what your manager expects. And after all once you start managing the things anyhow, then they will reduce the resources and will load you with more work.

...esses are not followed properly. You will be blamed for all managerial mistakes. Work pressure is very high , even you work on weekends ,there is no compensation . After working for more than 12-14 hours in a day next day you will be expected to come on time .

They completed all the interview rounds including technicals, HR, Salary discussion and took all my details. They send me welcome email and took all relevant documents. After which they did not respond through mail or call. Overall this was a waste of time.

...ats will come to greet you on the floor. During rainy season mosquito will come. There is a guy named Arputharaj Admin incharge he doesn't work he is there only to get salary because no other company will take him outside mindsprint. If he is sacked then I am sure company will be more attractive place to work.

1. Poor management specially from Mitul Shah as he runs projects with his vendors due to his own benefit. 2. No clear HR policies. 3. No client handling. 4. After putting so much efforts for an year, management tool credit for all good work and in appraisal same management writes bad reviews. 5. Work life balance is worst as they ask to work on multiple projects. 6. No use of leaves as management wants to work for 7 days.
