Lot of work and work pressure. This is completely a 24X7 kind of job and every senior in this organization expect this from junior. This is not a multinational company as every manager wants you to work from Chennai and initially they will accept that you will work from Bangalore but later they will start pushing you to work from Chennai. Even though if you deny shifting to Chennai, then they will start asking other teammates to stop helping you and let you suffer. Your managers will scold and abuse you with bad words in team meeting and even in client meetings. Mostly they will have a whole conversation in Tamil and later will ask you to drop a MoM on the meeting. Work pressure is so high that most of the managers work 24 hours and works on weekends and expect the same from you. If western client sends you any mail in the midnight then you have to reply them immediately that's what your manager expects. And after all once you start managing the things anyhow, then they will reduce the resources and will load you with more work.

I would like Olam atmosphere as well as learning many things like SAP, Team handling, client calls then my manager give a opportunity for my skills improvement as well as carrier growth.

Promotion and salary hike.

Here employees are demanded to work without training which make employee uncomfortable and make mistakes. So that managers blame the employees and hold in their hands.

Yearly increment and Bonus is decent compare to market. There is enough opportunity to travel abroad basically Africa.

There is no work life balance. Compensation is decent but work pressure is to high. HR presence is negligible
