Job security was the issue; if the company didn't have any project, it would terminate you immediately. They would not mind making you work on weekends if there is pressure from the client side, but you will not get any extra money for the weekends. CEO will always have eyes on your time that's a bit like mental torture for the employee

CEO Rohit Gupta is an awesome person. He has a lot of technical knowledge, and you can get the chance to work with him directly. And in the company, if you are beginner you will get chance to increase your knowledge lot.

Dislikes

Head-HR is not good. And when I was working in this company, I was under a manager who having zero technical knowledge.
