I was not satisfied with my position and salary as I worked very hard .Now i would like to join organization shete i can learn more and have a growth in tera of position and knowledge.

For Mindlogicx employee safety is paramount and of utmost importance and due to the ongoing crisis necessary SOP has been put in place at the office, In-terms of taking safety measures in these COVID times. Mindlogicx has taken extraordinary measures in these unprecedented times for converting the threats into opportunities. Mindlogicx has also been making use of opportunities available in terms of conducting assessments online and is delivering a proposed solution to its clients. The comprehensive solution manages not only written exams but also includes online exams / assessments and home assignments. The solution enables the client to manage and conduct assessments at their convenience.

Dislikes

Salaries are decent, although the work pressure is high. One can grow fast here, provided he or she has a good calibre.

I would thanks once again my previous company official special thanks to Jiten Sir who never down the moral of any employee during this pendamic situation. Overall every thing was very good in Mindlogicx. Really thanks to all my company members and MD Sir too.

I was totally satisfied with my company there was lot of compulsion when revenue will not be there how company will pay the salary to their employees. So once again I will thanks to all Mindlogicxion
