I wouldn't recommend someone who want to stay in IT domain for long,to work with MIND. If you have other managerial goals,you can go for it.

Old people are sitting in power position like some old PSU. they have a very disliking for youngsters and moreover changes can not happen there as old men want things their way only

Part of a large organization like Motherson which is a great company and doing extremely well

A. Weak HR leadership leading to improper skills development and giving opportunity to existing employees B. Top leadership needs revamping. Doesn't able to drive sales in various geographies nor able to lead the teams C. Program management is weak

Only the sports activities 2 or 3 times in the year.

Actually this company culture is more like a factory rather than a IT company. Strict office time. Even in pendamic situation they open the office while Software Engineer can work from home.

Dont know much about other teams but in DACS team, the culture is established by the people of backwards mentality. You have to keep your system on at all cost and that is considered as your productivity. Decisions for you will be taken before you talk to managers and you will be pushed in a corner to accept that decision
