... . Lot of pressure is created by upper managment although it is not required. Salary is credited in 3rd week of the month. Increment- no one talks about it Upper managment dnt have any manner how to behave with the lower collegue .

No increment Useless job Salary credited in 3rd week of month Lot of pressure which is of no use If you leave the job..They didnt even pay you last month salary. They will threatend you to return the laptop or they will ruin you career and all. DO NOT JOIN MIMO.

...ng...There is no word to describe that how this company cheat their employees. Company has forced there employee to go on leave without pay.. Company didn't informed about LWP early in the month...But at the end of the month they told employees that they have to go on LWP and would not be payed. Top managment is worst, they actually don't know how to manage the things.. Company don't have their own business module ...The employee has to bring the business to the company..Company can do the business if they are getting 1rs for that 😂😂 Fraud Company .
