Terminated job abruptly. The management has been unsympathetic and unreasonable.

Dislikes

Rewards, salary hikes, and promotion depended on how strong your lobby was with the decision-makers. I have worked with them for a decade so I know what I am saying. Work-life balance mostly depends on your boss. I was lucky to have no immediate boss for some years and an awesome one as the last so I could manage well for some years. Salary hikes have been very bad from the last few years for no logical reasons; in 2019 no growth was given even to those who were promoted. It has happened earlier too in various names.

Likes

The company culture was great at first. Young and vibrant people all around. Median age would be around 28-29 yrs. The exposure to various categories and understanding of consumer behaviour and interaction with clients at an early stage is a positive. In short >> Good company to start your career

Dislikes

...RM > RM > SRM.. with team responsibilities being given only at managerial level. Compensation is pretty low(possibly because of low industry turnover). In short >> Not for ambitious people

Likes

The Unilever team sometimes gets good projects. They have good annual reviews and analyses. Work that way is better than at other clients.

Dislikes

...eams is impossible uneven. Associate support is also terrible. Growth is slow. Compensation very low like in almost all agencies.

Likes

Good growth opportunities were provided and a free hand given to handle clients.

Dislikes

Very limited time for one self. No work life balance. Too much of work pressure due to tight timelines of the deliverables
