It was my first job after graduated university this job give so much confidence and improve my career because i i talk to different people and while we go to solve company branches issue i meet different people changing ideas understanding how to handle customers and give them a excellence service by following the company policy i love kindly job like this because help me to think bigger and handle customers to make sure they're happy with information i give them to insure the problem has been solve or escalated to another sector to help customers

Dislikes

... hasn't good relationship with other employees they commands too much honestly..even sometimes you late for traffic and transportation issues they deduct money from the salary still the salary was not enough, No health insurance time employees get sick should use your own money and the day you missed at work while your sick they deducted from our salary which was not right treated as robots

The company is open and perfect, I love the way people work in a team and from this I've gotten enough experience in Telecommunication engineering

Dislikes

The salary was not enough compared to the responsibility that I had and other working benefits was not good for an Employer
