Terrible work culture and pressure. 12-14hrs work everyday and also on holidays with zero appreciations. No incentive, bonus. Lot of unnecessary SOP have to be followed which has zero productivity.

(Rajasthan jaipur) se hu 11 Employees ko pta hi nhi ki unki job nahi he milk basket me...or #Hr ne bhi nhi puchha apne kyo ja rahe ho call hi nhi uthate h milk basket ke HR🙏 ... thank you milk basket mujhe job krni thi milk basket me dil se kaam kiya pr kya kre sir management 👎❌..lgta to nhi he ap log is review ko dekhege kya pr @Reliance ka naam he sir kharab mat kro please 🙏...or kisi ko mujhe kuch bhi puchhna ho ..free hu abhi to jb ap sbhi ka dil kre call or msg kr lena ... LinkedIn pr krne wala tha msg ...but mujhe lga or kisi ki galti or company ka naam kharab hoga fir mene nhi kiya .. thank you team milk basket

Everything is right. Salary does not increase with time i am telling my experience (1.5) No amount for years...

...what management will never appreciate your POV. HR team is very unprofessional. Don't fall in their trap if they commit any variable pay or mid year promotion.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow for genuine executive. Little bit work pressure. Environment is good. But yes process manager do not value your genuine feedback most of the times. Which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of times.
