Incentives for operations in backend is not good like other teams will be earning alot but for ops its lesser which doesn’t boosts to work there

I don't know where to start, - Salary always delayed. - Next level toxicity - Your professionalism won't work here you have be third class like everybody else then only you will be treated well - The top officials of the company will play any type of game to bring you down. They feel very threatened if someone better than them come to the company. - The work here is not done according to the requirements but according to the mood of your manager. Trust me you don't want to be here

Lots of activities are here with students and we love to interact with new new people and to learn everyday.

Dislikes

Not able to take off and no offs are there for us even though on Sunday as well in a month only on Monday and some mondays also we need to work as per the company and the managers order, no self life

Management does not support you .even after 3-4 months of email for harrasment of girls from the same employee who is getting into physical fights with girls and other employees and yet no action was taken my management on a employee. So there is a safety concern as well as management is supporting this kind-off behaviour. Not the safe place to work.
