It’s all about leadership should engage people with high motivation and pleasant environment which surely yield good quality deliverables for the organisation growth than do micro management on each aspects to get deliverables with out trust on employees.

No flexible timings, No cafeteria there, You need to be stressed to complete your project, if you take permission for 1hr you want to tally it within a week, 9hrs working time.

Some clients of the project are no brainer and full of sh!t and dominance that they want to feel like they are some kind of superior sh!t. Event the point of contact says that we should not contact them.

Also, the latest technologies are put to work which keeps us market updated and makes work efficient. The work culture is awesome.. And Our Teams leads provide us space to put in Our talents among the team for any given issue ( Work/Task ) which in turn gives us the confidence and the opportunity to upskill Ourselves in any given aspect.

Work-Life Balance : The shift timings which are business needs - which in-turn takes a toll on the work-life balance in the long run..
