Good management.. secured environment to work with. Timely salary. Timely increments and other perks too. If ur team and ur senior is good then all is well . But my team was much into office politics and that was the reason of mine to leave the org.

The accounts payable team was very bad, i was appointed as team lead AP, but i had a terrible experience

Accounts payable team was pathetic, i was Lead AP, i was put down everytime, no support, unnecessary creating problems for me, groupism and ragging. Pathetic experience.

team mates and cross function team is so co-operative,and facility provide by HR dept is very good.like free lunch,insurance(including family),and other benefits also

here foundation is developed of M.N.S (Maharstra navnirman sena) few years back wadala(mumbai) was shutdown due to unioun. and same is repeating again so very soon umbergaon plant will also shut down. managers never support you.and don`t getting ready to understand your thought and ideas. cross function team will treat you badly or misbehave with you but your manager will not stand to support you.

Not a process driven place, too much of scrutiny in day to day work, highly review driven managers not any leaders

Work-life balance - I have to work more than 10.30 to 11 hrs. workplace is too far, personal growth is very slow.
