Janak was once very well managed company before Midmark took over the company. Midmark deputed un professionals also hired many bad people who finished off the company by wrong decisions and unnecessary show off. High salaries and unwanted show off offices and designations. Janak brand is completely spoilt.

Lot of politics eating the organisation slowly and gradually.

Overall the higher management of Midmark work culture is good

Dislikes

High levels of politics exist in the Umargaon unit, and some illiterate and incompetent individuals hold important positions and fail to communicate with higher authorities about staff matters. As a result, some extremely productive and diligent individuals have seen their career progress impeded. When their goal is achieved, they discard the individuals as worthless.

Likes

This company is full of politics. There is nothing for Engineers. It is not good for Engineers. No learning experience. Beware of people who are working there for more than 5 years.

Dislikes

There is partiality and there are no training session for employees. It is only for name sake.
