That you can directly approach to the senior management and they are very accessible.

No leaves, no overtime pay, very strict in leaves , not even giving second Saturday off which is mandatory , that leads to employee burnout and ultimately the resignation .Can create a much better leave structure for mental well being of client.

Senior management is very helpful, company culture is good and lively, no discrimination among genders, equal opportunities for all, office timings are perfect,
