It is most fraud company in presented in india . HR has taken charges for employees hired process and provides less salary after 2 months . And in training period they did not provide any stipend. They also provide fake offer letter to you . Plz guys do not work in this company it is so fraud. It is real company but they play with people.

There is no leadership, no management, no mentoring. The company cannot be termed as a startup even. The senior manager of the company was dually employed by an MNC alongside him managing Midbrains.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
