The work culture is good, the compensation and benefits are good, the work environment is excellent. The cab facilities and cafeteria are all amazing!

Dislikes

There are certain managers who have no idea what they are doing. Sometimes I wonder how a company like Microsoft can keep such jerks! My manager in MS is an example. I have never seen such a crooked minded and racist(dividing the north Indians and south Indians) manager. He is not even a manager, he was an incident manager(ticketing manager) and I have no idea how he became the people manager for one of the best teams(Skype for Business) in Microsoft. This manager was the whole reason for me(and around 6-8 other guys) to leave this fantastic company(in a span of 6-8 months).

It’s Heaven on earth, you get chance to work on latest technologies, trainings, process is awesome, benefits are very good .

Dislikes

Compensation is good but then designati N should be changing over a period of time. After some time your designation is same but your CTC is above market standards for same position outside.

Hell lot of internal politics and favouritism Lay offs Poor management- no budget for recognition functions- they do it with lot of internal struggles Internal movement is a big struggle No on-site opportunities Micromanaging managers in the name of reports and employees survey

Higher than market compensation in India except for AWS and Google. Flexibility to work from home.

Dislikes

...larity of way forward. No appraisals in spite of WORLD RECORD BREAKING PROFITS. Just blind cost cutting everywhere without thinking of impact.
