Micrologix this company not build my carrier its waste of time nothing sallary growth and nothing about skilled workers efficiency 5years waste of my carrier in this company

Give freedom because hare no order/customer. no work load 2 year waste my time . Company go to losses.

...wo years as a provisional period design engineer/ not give permanent employment. And they will not even give you salary in your bank account, they give it in cash and neither do they give you ESI or PF, nor will they give you original experience certificate, they simply write on the name of experience certificate that they have worked and pay very little salary/increment, no one has even a little knowledge of mechanical engineering in this company, one does not get to learn anything here. My 2 years were wasted in this company. No labour laws are followed in this company. This company follows the use and throw policy, when there is work in the company then the knowledge person use it and later throw it away. In this company, you never get paid for overtime and you may have to work overtime daily. You work on Sundays too but are not paid for that .
