Poor Salary Structure.Even CCIE Trained engineer gets 8500/-P.m. If you signed the service bond the will threaten like hell.overall Company Management run by one Old man who doesn't know the value of staff. Improper management, wasting talent of the employee by deploying any skill person to any site, uneven pay scale (the person who don't have skill will become manager and will be paid high and the deserving person will suffer)

...some one is resign there job the 45 days is so much time to join another one. But company is good salary is on time and appraisal is okk, employees are well and good, HR are polite and good .
