Microland is a great platform, whether you're a beginner or an experienced professional. The company provides ample time and access to client infrastructure, allowing employees to understand systems thoroughly and enhance their knowledge—a luxury that larger organizations often can't offer due to various constraints. Personally, I've gained immense learning opportunities during my time here. The hands-on experience has not only expanded my skill set but has also positively impacted my colleagues who worked alongside me, helping them learn and improve as well. ... and there are too many dependencies, making it hard to complete tasks smoothly. The salary is much lower compared to market standards, which doesn’t match the effort employees put in. Some senior managers, who have been with the company for a long time, act like they are the only reason the company is running, which creates a negative work culture. Microland needs to focus on improving work-life balance, paying employees fairly, and ensuring managers treat their teams with respect. Employees should feel valued and not like they’re being treated unfairly.

...ctory. Work life balance is not there. Management treat like daily wages labour. Salary is average. Very bad management.

Nothing is there, Only one thing that your Salary will credit in time , THATS IT.

Everything , you will not get Appraisal, off (if you applied for Off on any day you want then they will deduct your weekend off and you have to work on that day) Only things you will get that scolding for small mistakes and there is shift which changes every week that destroy your health as well as mental health.

Nothing much, but yes one positive is salary always provide on time. It's easy to filup attandance and company related portal access. Working atmosphere not good. Company totally dependent on client representative. Means that employee is not first priority of company but client is everything for company.

Everything has been a bad experience except timely salary. Company culture not enough professional and job security as dependent on how your client location relationship with client representative.

Appraisal and job security are two negative point here. I joined here as hybrid work model after some month hr told me nothing hybrid here you need to do wfo if not agree then look another job.
