The top management is always ready to take that calculated extra risk to win a few miles in the company's growth. MD & CFO are the most positive people in the company who are always with anyone willing to give something different to the customers & market.
A great place to learn corporate governance relating to management & decision making.
While the top management is super active in expansion, the mid & lower managements and the rest of the team aren't self starters and need a lot of push day in day out. The HR policies are a bit one-sided and need to be updated to meet today's office needs & requirements.
