Lots of things to learn.All machine PLC operated so you can learn lots of things mechanically as well as electrically

Dislikes

very poor personal growth.. sometimes i have to work 24 hours in a day.. almost 15 hours daily as the coming timing is decided but going back to home time is not.. there are no job security.. they removed you without any further notice... You have to work under uneducated person so you have to learn only by yourself.. no company system.. you have to listen almost every managers.. the people's working under you is not follow your instructions..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
