The seniors provide the best training for freshers. No one blame the work when its wrong during the training period. Interesting persons easily understand the job and work by own fastly.

Dislikes

... to work overtime. But company wont pay for our overtime work. No compensations. Monthly one day we can take leave with salary. Above one day the leave salary is deductible even we worked overtime for 15 hours and above per day on our working day. But compulsory we have to work 12 hours. Because the project is always available. When we ask about the overtime work the company will fire us.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
