Leave - 14 Calender Leave, (only 10 Leave allowed in the 1st Year) 24 Leave allowed after completing 1 Year. 10. Unstable Condition, Funding Issue.. 11. No Extra Benefit. Though this was my first IT company. I am working here from last 4 years, since 2018.The seniors are really really great. I learned a lot of skills from them. During the lockdown period the company didn't cutoff salaries. If you are a fresher, then you can learn a lot of things from here. The organization has a homely atmosphere. They provide support reputed clients like Berger Paints, Hindalco, L&T, Techno group, Kredent etc. Provide proper leaves to there employees (obviously it's depend upon the clients)
