Excellent work life balance with top notch benefits. the management team really cares for their employees. Sometime you may have to work late/from home when the comany needs you, but this is blanced with the ability to work from hem when you need to , it's a fair trade .

There are favouritism issue, No matter how much the employee works, but the boss does not give any importance.No matter how much work you do, only one person gets credit for it and in the last call you at night without any mistake, without listening to anything, don't come to office from tomorrow.
