I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing is here to be liked. In the beginning management shows proper work flow, best management they provide, after sometime they shows there real face. At the time of appraisal they are totally busy with unnecessary things and delayed the appraisal of employees. And they provide appraisal of 5-8% of salary.
