I have started work from 2002 with sarlary of 4500 as medical representative,i have got promoted very late due to naptoism & makhanwaji,they only give increment anually 500 for mr,1000 FOR AM,1500 FOR RM,THEY ARE VERY CLEVER IF ANYBODY JOIN WITH HIGH SALARY THEY DECRESE WITHOUT ANY CONCERN,THEY PROMOTE AND DEMOTE WITHOUT ANY REASON,I HAVE SPEND 19 YEARS THEY PLAY WITH ME,I HAVE PROMOTED AFTER 12 YEAR,AFTER 17 YEARS I HAVE PROMOTED ONCE AGAIN IN A NEW DIV. AFTER 6 MONTH THEY BIND UP DIV.& ONCE AGAIN DEMOTED AS AM IN A DIFFERENT WORST DIV. AND DECRESES MY SALARY 40K TO 30K,AND THEREAFTER 6 MONTHE THEY ALSO DECRESE MY SALARY 30 TO 24K and next month they issue stop working letters.they have not done with me they have done with so many old employee as well as new employee SAME ACTION,this company TA/DA WORST TA 1.75 KM FROM MR TO STATE HEAD,DA 140 MR,160,AM,200 RM,HIS PRODUCT MRP NO.1,COMPANY IS VERY CLEVER THEY GIVE 18%LESS SALE FROM STOCKIST VALUE,BY THIS COMPANY SHORTOUT EMPLOYEES SALARY AS WELL AS DRS EXPENDITURE,AT DEPOT LEVEL COMPANY DO INFILTRATION OF 30 TO 40 %GOODS,AND MAKE PRESSURE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM,THERE IS NO SYSTEM IN THIS COMPANY

No personal growth, until you get Godfather at VP level. Don't choose your production carrier at microlabs. No good increment, No promotion upto 15 years for all production people, but QC persons get back to back promotions and good increment No leaves. Increment we can't get at July, we should wait upto december.the they will give with 5months arriers. My units have 3 VPs within their ego's all working peoples getting suffer.totally waste of Microlabs life.

Internal politics is worst from the IT Department Vice president No salary benefits and appraisal We need to beg for appraisal and run behind the VP even though he will not approve if we ask hr they'll say it's pending form your VP. Even Sundays also they ask to work. Overall worst..no value and respect for the employees..
