Work culture is good and management expect you to switch to different roles vertically whenever you feel saturated, which is quite supportive

Appraisals are not much attractive. Bonus is good but again you need to wait for almost 1.5 yrs to receive one.

Salary! Being flat organization career growth is limited while moving up on the pyramid and salary is linked with your position. Hence some may really face challenges. Though that's being compensated with other factors, somewhere cash on hand plays a vital role.

No work life balance Work load One to One discussions are jokes, they listen to argue and not to understand There is a person from HR known as PDP ... they will be supporting the manager and so there will be less chance for an employee to raise concerns You can have career progression, if you know how to butter Management, else no matter how hard you work, you will be cornered
