Worst culture. They make us to sign a bond for 2L but if you break the bond they will harass you and blackmail you and you will end up paying more than 2L. In my scenario they made me pay 4L. CEO and HR are the worst they blackmail officially in group calls. Every manager joins here just to skip work from big4s no growth at all. And also they make present working employees to write good reviews in order to increase their rating

Nothing to like about mgo...bad management...bundle of unprofessional people. Modifing the companies policies as per their own convince over the night...even management will not do what they promise you...no work life balance... accept night shift or termination- I have faced this as well.

Dislikes

... overnight No work-life balance. Changes in shifts - accept it or termination They will never give bonus part even if the same is the part of your CTC. Change in roll and department

The assurance team is a small, close knit team of 25 people operating from Gurgaon, Bangalore and Mumbai office. The culture in the team is positive and collaborative. Everyone is working independently but collaborate to help each other understand a tool or a topic as and when required. Management is not intrusive and don't micro manage. They are approachable and support your personal goals. Neeraj and Parul from Gurgaon office are instrumental in building an open culture. Team works in hybrid model where work from office 2-3 days and rest of the week work from home. Cafeteria is a cozy one with few microwaveable easy to cook food like oats, soup, Maggi etc, tea/ coffee station and biscuits, cornflakes etc. Mubarak bhaiya makes the best Chai ever!

Dislikes

Salary is good, at par or more with market standards. Career progression is slow. Even performance bonuses are on the lower side. Work timings are shift based (5.30 am to 2.00 pm) which are difficult for few to adjust however a big positive is that you get the evening to yourself which helps in work like balance, something almost impossible in a big4. They call you for 2-3 days a week even in pandemic!!

There is no work in company, if you are doing some other business or doing moon lighting, this company is good. You just need to keep your mouth shut for every policy of company.

Dictatorship culture, no empathy and zero job security

The culture and the people from other teams. Kind and courteous

Dislikes

Micro management, no respect for your views, too much politics, not a good place to grow if you are a muslim or a non Hindu community. They are overly biased, very harsh.
