The work culture is very good. The work-Life balance over here is impressive. Safety is the first priority. Medical facility is also top notch.

Dislikes

... from day 1. One can feel underutilized and can result in low work satisfaction. No good hike in salary and the promotion is also dependent on the person above me. If he gets promoted, then only I have a chance. Office politics is also there but manageable.

No proper salary structure is defined as per the designation. and no proper designation is allocated. new people are coming with 4 years of experience getting better designation and who having more than 6-7 experience they are at low designation and having low pay scale. 2. Regular amendments in the policies and which are all against the employees. 3. If these will remain same, it will become India's 1st LALA MNC. 4. Need to change the Administrative Team. 5. Alwar Location is not Good for connectivity. 6. At Alwar Location we have to come alternate Saturday which is not good. 7. I have found some Job security issue, from when I joined to till now 4-5 employees are fired including Employee, officers & managers and reason is not revealed.

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
