There's everything negative about this Company.

There's absolutely no work security. They can just fire anybody ant any point. I am myself a replacement of an employee who was informed on the very day of my joining that he is not required in the organization. No independency and NO HOLIDAYS. You work as if you are on probation throughout your life. Salary gets deducted if you are absent for one single day no matter how much time you have been in the Company. They promise big things, and international trips which i have done in my previous company but they don't abide by any of such promises. There's a never ending story to it and hence I am desperately looking for a job change.

I have terrible experience was an employee of Metropoli fashion. Poor and partial HR policies, HR team was not enough active as should be, working timing is so lengthy and no leave policies there. Fully non compliance mantained at there in statutory and other areas. No one should be approache to give interview there. Just digusting establishment that was. I was severely harrassed when I asked for issue the offer and appinm letter in hard copy. No career growth being an employee of the establishment and bureaucracy strongly maintaining there which is harmful to each of employees..
