There are no any sale target also we feel very secure here. Like we are in our own house no any problems are facing here. Everything is ok all staff's they are very good.

My teammates are good .I gain lots of knowledge during my training.They provide more facilities and all the team members work together with strong bonding.

The work pressure is extremly high.They do not provide good salary according to my work.

I have good experience in metro cash and carry (7 y 9 m ) have worked as associate many departments like 1. Checkout 2. Front of house ( receptionist ) 3. Free bie 4. Reordering 5. Good receivers 6. Lost and prevention 7. Manage floor department

... welfare facilities. Micromanaging of staff by management. Everything is worse. Except on time salary. Which is much lesser than market standards.
