The management of Kolkata airport, specially the lounge manager.... theirs work culture was so poor...They don't know what is the professional behaviour....and I don't why she became a lounge manager who didn't know about food and services...it's very pathetic

I want to seriously talk about the salary structure, seriously talking its very poor no one in TFS is satisfied with there salary. There is immense pressure on one side, and the other side is having nill pressure.

I dont like the salary structure, the *quality of food* they are providing whose cost is said to be deducted from our salary, some rules and regulations which are totally different in there Headquarters , being a employee of this institute I request them to improve in this field.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 9-7 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Good work environment and culture. Management is transparent and all staff good .

Dislikes

Same problem in all works pleace. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow.there is a bond of one month you cannot resign short notice period cut salary deduction.
