It's good company if u just passed from 12th and looking for a job opportunity while persuing your graduation. U will get to learn many things from here about the b2b retail industry.

Dislikes

They only offer minimum salary according to the state. For example if you are working as a sales associate in Delhi they will give you Delhi's basic salary 16500 for floor associate and 17200 for cashier but if you are working in up then it's very poor like 9700 in up. So it's depends upon the location.

My teammates are good .I gain lots of knowledge during my training.They provide more facilities and all the team members work together with strong bonding.

The work pressure is extremly high.They do not provide good salary according to my work.

I have good experience in metro cash and carry (7 y 9 m ) have worked as associate many departments like 1. Checkout 2. Front of house ( receptionist ) 3. Free bie 4. Reordering 5. Good receivers 6. Lost and prevention 7. Manage floor department
