There is no likes in this company, it is worst company i have ever worked for, Their main agenda is HIRE and FIRE policy

...had faced in this company especially by my team leader, Vey very POOR MANAGMENT. Always delay of Salary. This Company METRIX IT has Several sister companies, Zaven IT, Teksolve, Xpand IT, Acrotek, Triotek, and also started two new companies under this main company Metrix IT. Bulk hiring and Spot on termination. I DONT EVER EVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO JOIN IN THIS COMPANY

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
