...ch gives us pleasant experience to sit and work. Modern and trendy atmosphere. Coming to the pay and hike, This is the company that provides better than or as compared to most top companies in the city. There are many such good things but these are the major points to highlight.

Nothing. I have no dislikes in this company. If there are any challenges or concerns they fix them immediately. They listen to Employees' grievances and come up with solutions timely.

Only advanate here is salary and increment which is above industry standard -also for freshers it is good learning platform

company attrition rate is too high- in my 3 years career i worked with 5 directors and 4 VPs in same project- only the old people are staying at top level ,they are distroying this company-they expect you to work 24*7- no job security if you are Team lead and above-apprisal is comedy, when a new VP joined she took a decion to give only standard rating to everybody irespective of theire performance , due to which majority of the employees resigned in that project

I really enjoying to work with my co-workers. It was friendly atmosphere to work in Metriqe solution. Starting career in Metriqe solution is the great opportunity for new joiners to learn and develop the skills

Got more knowledge about the Hospitality industry in the training, Compensation is Good, various applications used based on the projects, open door policy is maintained here, it helps associate level employees also easily communicate with higher level management people like VP and Directors,

We can learn more but work pressure is high 😣

Dislikes

Daily we have work do over time. They won’t pay for OT. They won’t provide cab services properly. Every day they will arrange 4 members in one cab. Worst service😤
