I have been working with Metriqe from last 5.5 years and one thing i will say for sure that it's employee friendly organization and they take lot of efforts in making a every employee friendly job culture The work culture and environment id very good, excellent place to work for those who are self motivated and self driven. 1).Candidate Hiring-Hiring the right candidate is very important. The candidate has to be trainable or self driven and curious to learn. Its a make or break situation if the right candidates for the role are not hired. The leadership should also encourage employee to take different roles within organization. 2).Retention Policy- This should have more fair, many good resources are leaving company and not getting any attention after they resigned, need to have more discussions to retain them....Read More

Metriqe solutions is a place where we can learn the accounting concept in depth and understand the entire process. Respective accounting training will be provided with the concept to understand about the process what we are doing. Metriqe will ensure the employees are performing their work after understanding the concept what they are doing it on the daily basis.

The most important thing I like about Metriqe is that the Leadership Group is very the Approachable and they always come out with out of the box solutions for tackling any issues which are client facing and help in resolving the same ,which helps in keeping the client trust & faith upheld.

Dislikes

The one thing we can better is training at ground level for Junior staff/New Joiners. The same is being addressed now with the Sr Leadership taking the initiative to have a refresher trainings..

In Metriqe, we can learn End to End accounting process like a core accounting. People have get a chance of working in all the process like AP/GL/AR/IJ/PR etc. Salary increment is good compare to other MNC's.

There is nothing to dislike but improvement needs for the company are to provide adequate training and comfort level to the new joiners before they are put into production. Would also encourage the company to think more on Work from Home for all the levels.
