...ime they can fire you 2) if you ask for appraisal you are tip of gun to fire 3) no visionary leaders , the management is there to just to draw salary 4) no new technology

... Small organization, not much process to follow everything can be done quickly Timely salary

Every release you might not get R&D work or due to resource allocation there might be less R&D works allocated, then support work is bad and very boring

Working at Metricstream was a treat! The most lovely colleagues a team player could ask for! Pay was exceptionally great, you definitely got job security and the best part, the management appreciated and recognised every employee for their consistent efforts and hardwork.
