Every release you might not get R&D work or due to resource allocation there might be less R&D works allocated, then support work is bad and very boring

Its a best place for freshers to grow and expertise on products quickly. It has friendly team environment, employee appreciation programs, cultural events, Cab facility to the employees. Company provides best training and let you grow independent.

Dislikes

Appraisal and promotions were not that good. Work pressure is very high. No overtime pay or comp-off's. Even i get appreciation emails from client and team, it go unnoticed during appraisals.

...on rate, for new comers they throw in front of customer without proper training.You get promoted but there is no hike
