The company work life balance is quite good however the managers and the AVP's are very bad with respect to some teams as they do not even allow to take the approved WFH and leaves with irrelevant explanation.

... small IT function there are few people who are running as thier own company. The Salary compensation and other benifiets are good.

Dislikes

The IT Automation function is run by few close family members and I feel it is thier own small company. Manager here controls people at a level whom you should meet and have tea or lunch or travel along. Manager is very insecure of someones network as it seems they may lose thier political ground. Every thing is there except a healthy work environment. It seems we do not go office to work on technologies but how to answer and satisfy Manager ego.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
