...in a year. Work-life balance is zero. Management doesn't know how to run a team. Only the salary is good compared to other companies but they will make sure if they are paying well. They will harass you till your last breath. They torture employees even after they leave the organization. It is better to avoid such people for your mental well-being.

No Cafeteria Place is full of drug addicts who take it on floor at times or come to office high on drugs. Mobiles not allowed No HR or HR policy. Weekoffs has to be earned. Break timings keeps changing everyday as per mgmt. Hire n Fire policy. No training.

Amazing place to work and learn. If you are lucky you might get a chance to speak with the CEO of the company. It has been life changing experience for everyone who did. Fortunately I was one of them, my perception of the world completely changed after my first interaction with him.
